If you aren't spending time with your team then you are probably experiencing the "revolving door" with your volunteers.
Make them feel important, because they are. Volunteers hold the ministry together. It should never be a one person or what I like to call a "Me Ministry"
Remember you have a team. And how do you spell that again?

Great point. People can have frustration or great ideas that they are unable to voice unless you allow them to have time with you to voice their frustrations or their ideas, they will more than likely leave your ministry.
